WELL MY FRIEND I RECEIVED SOMETHING BETTER THAN THAT , I GOT THE HARNESS!! THANKS A WHOLE BUNCH BUDDY!! MAN LET ME TELL YOU I NEVER TRIED FRONT SQUATS BEFORE BECAUSE I COULDNT HOLD ON TO THE BAR. BUT MAN I SLIPPED THAT HARNESS ON AND WAMMO IM FRONT SQUATTING, BUT HEY I NEVER REALIZED JUST HOW DAMN HARD THAT SQUAT IS!! MAN IM TOTALLY SIKED FOR THEM NOW.
