What advice would you have for those wishing to become a part of the industry? Try and distinguish between all the bullshit and the good stuff What is your favorite exercise? Deadlifts / Deep squats Favorite piece of equipment you have in your gym? Power rack If you could change one thing what would it be? S+C coaches need to praise each other more rather than some of the petty jealousy that you hear spewed about each other
