R3 was put together for the purpose of creating a product that would cover all the ‘post-workout’ bases. Many of our athletes were taking a myriad of different products straight after training so we quite simply put together a cost effective product that provides just about everything you’d ever want straight after training. R3 contains a blend of fast digesting whey proteins as well as the best carbohydrate blend with fast acting maltodextrins, glucose, as well as fructose to replenish liver glycogen. Add to this Alpha-Lipoic Acid to potentiate insulin, chromium to further aid this and creatine, BCAA’s and Glutamine and you have a pretty powerful post-workout cocktail! We even managed to add HMB without increasing the cost as many of our athletes use HMB – and let’s face it HMB is pretty damn expensive! R3 is all killer – no filler! We haven’t added a whole lot of ingredients to make it pretty, it’s just what you want and what you use ALL IN ONE CONTAINER, so you don’t need to muck around with bottle after bottle and tub on top of tub of different post-workout ingredients. It’s all there. Pretty simple huh!? Directions Mix 4 heaped scoops with 400ml Sunlatte Milk or water. Can be used as a meal replacement however ideally consumed within the first 30-60 minutes after a training session.
