Each serve delivers 5 grams of Creapure Creatine to your muscles, but the beauty of this product lies in the unique combination of Dextrose, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Ribose and Potassium Phosphate. These ingredients combine to produce a unique delivery system that transports creatine to the muscle faster, for longer and in a more utilizable form. A "sugar rush" is created by dextrose with the resulting insulin response modified by the presence of Alpha Lipoic Acid to prolong the transportation of creatine.
